Summer Programs
APS summer programs will be held June 1-26, 2026.
Registration is open through May 1, 2026.
Kinder Camp Summer Program
Kinder Camp is a fun, engaging early learning experience offered at no cost to families sponsored by Atlanta Public Schools Office of Early Learning and United Way of Greater Atlanta. Kinder Camp is also a free transition-to-school camp that welcomes children entering kindergarten, including current APS Pre-K students, home-based learners, and children from community-based Pre-K programs.
Participating School: Tuskegee Airmen Global Academy (TAG)
Requirements
- Must be a rising Kindergartener (Age 5 on or before September 1,2026)
- Must reside within APS attendance zones
- Must be registered for APS Kindergarten
Duration
- Full Day Program: 7:45 am – 2:15 pm
- Monday, June 1st through Friday, June 12th
Lunch Provided
School bus transportation will only be provided for students who reside within the same cluster of the designated school.
Note: Attendance matters! Incentives will be awarded to students who attend daily.
Power Up Summer 2026 Elementary School
During Power Up Summer 2026, APS will offer the following robust programming that is accessible to all students:
Elementary school students will focus on academic intervention that integrates social-emotional learning. The students will also have the option to participate in extended learning activities through Power Up programming.
